Kirsten Simone vangsness is an American writer and actress who became famous for playing 'Penelope Garcia in the crime procedural drama TV show , 'Criminal Minds", is a well-known American. The actress has also been featured in its spin-offs "Criminal minds: Suspect Behavior' and "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders..' Kirsten Vangsness has appeared in several other television programs as well. Though she's mostly acting on TV shows however, she has had some small roles in movies since her first appearance in the show business in 1998. The notable roles she has played within the film industry include the roles she played in 'In My Sleep", 'The Chicago Eight', and 'Kill Me, Deadly'. In addition to writing articles for 'The Los Angeles Times', she also co-wrote of three episodes in 'Criminal Minds'. She is often able to rescue and help rehabilitate abandoned or injured cats.
